Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

Welcome to baji9. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the baji9 website located at https://baji9.cc, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by baji9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("Player", "User", "you") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on baji9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. baji9 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all products, game types, and jurisdictions it serves.
• You must be accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal recreational purposes only.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from baji9 or affiliated platforms.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using the Platform or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, contractor, or close family member of any employee of baji9 or any of its technology, payment, or game supply partners.

baji9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on baji9. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, baji9 reserves the right to close all but the earliest registered account, void all bets placed across duplicate accounts, and forfeit any associated balances or bonus funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and must keep this information current throughout the life of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

baji9 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill dated within the last three months), and documentation relating to your payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership). Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending review.

3.4 Account Currency

All baji9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed amounts, bet stakes, winnings, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are expressed in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated. baji9 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baji9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section at the time of your request.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your baji9 account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the respective mobile banking provider. baji9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or network outages beyond our control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take between one (1) and five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank. baji9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend this processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Funds deposited to your baji9 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Deposits made specifically to claim a bonus are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms, which supersede this general requirement. baji9 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.

4.5 Transaction Fees

baji9 does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their published fee schedules. baji9 has no control over third-party payment provider fees and bears no liability for them.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

baji9 offers various bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated at the point of offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

baji9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and participating in low-risk or risk-free betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering conditions without genuine engagement with the Platform.

5.4 Promotional Availability

All promotions are available to eligible players in Bangladesh only. baji9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for any promotion that is modified or withdrawn.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on baji9 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is only deemed accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player. baji9 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that the Platform determines to be placed on erroneous odds.

6.2 Erroneous Odds

In the event that baji9 publishes incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, the Company reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled. Players will be notified and their stakes refunded in such circumstances.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket, football, and esports. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event without prior notice. baji9 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to a market being temporarily suspended during an in-play event.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. These limits may vary by event, market, game, or player account and are subject to change without notice. baji9 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where it deems this necessary.

6.5 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the void rule threshold is reached; the wrong event, market, or selection was listed due to an administrative error; the event or market was settled using incorrect data that was subsequently corrected. In all void scenarios, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Money laundering — using baji9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after they have been credited to your baji9 account.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions imposed on your primary account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.

8. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your baji9 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

baji9 will never contact you to request your password via any channel including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from baji9 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

All activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you. baji9 bears no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact baji9 support immediately. We will take prompt action to secure your account pending investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

baji9 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all players on the Platform. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players and all game types without exception.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Wagering Limits: Set limits on the total amount you may wager within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the baji9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of baji9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of baji9.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji9 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, software bugs, data loss, or interruptions to payment processing services caused by third-party providers.

baji9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

In no event shall baji9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

baji9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• The player's account activity indicates potential money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continuing to maintain the account would expose baji9 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Verified account balances representing genuine deposits, net of any forfeited amounts, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any ongoing investigations.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

baji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, baji9 will endeavour to notify registered players by email at the address on file or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which baji9 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.

baji9 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration process, the details of which will be communicated to the player at that stage.
